Enabled intro detection, and has been running succesfully in the past.
New files are not being analysed for intros.
Can force by seleting all videos and manually running analyse.
Few videos are successfully analysed, even those meeting criteria.
Set scheduled tasks to run 23hrs a day, and intro detection to run as scheduled task and when files are added.
I’ve noticed the same issue. It has appeared in the last couple of releases of PMS. Currently running 1.22.3.4392.
Please state your server software version (the version you gave above is for the web app).
There was a fix added in the latest beta server version Plex Media Server - #427 by gbooker02
Your server version number is smaller than the server version which contains the fix for your issue.
You advise using beta versions, or wait until beta added to public channel?
Only you can make that call.
If you urgently want the issue gone, use the beta.
If it isn’t that important to you, wait until there is a public release after that.
(I’m am using alpha releases on my server, just as a data point.)
