- I know this is Synology tag, but this was exactly the same that is happening to me. @mile had the same problem being a mac user, so I am not the first.
- About the naming, the strange thing is the movie is recognized and matched, the only thing missing is the poster. Should the movie be matched if the name was the problem?
If you insist this is the only way and the problem is on the names of the files I will buy FileBot, but I repeat, I deleted everything and started from scratch, movies before this problem appeared had posters and now those same movies named the same way don’t.
Every movie that hasn’t a poster automatically downloaded is recongnized and matched with themoviedb, I can see all the summary and movie info when I click on it. When I change any unrecognized poster manually, after saving the correct poster it becomes black as now on BlacKkKlansman.
I’m attaching two examles, the first one is the movie you mentioned, BlacKkKlansman. The second one is A Clockwork Orange.
