Plex îs not letting me Match

Im running my plex on a Synology server and for years I’ve never had any problems until yesterday when it stopped matching my movies. is there anyone else out there having this problem?

Can you stop the server,
Using FileStation,
Make a ZIP file of the “Logs” folder (Underneath “Plex Media Server” folder)
Download it
and attach it?

Or just attach the server-generated logs ZIP file ?

Does it say “Not Authorized”?

Im sorry but Im not the most tech savvy person so when I try to do what you asked im having issues. Also, I just tried to match them again and I was able to do two of them but then it stopped.

Let me know if this helps, I was able to match three movies but now its not letting me anymore

Either your synology is misconfigured or it’s not connected correctly to the modem / router.

What I’m seeing looks like the IP address of the Default Gateway is wrong.
( Syno: Control Panel- Network - Network Interface - Default Gateway)
