It appears that my Plex server stopped matching any media files over the weekend and does not import any meta data anymore. When I add a file to my library, I get nothing; a manual matching attempt just gives me a “No matches found.” message.
It appears to me that the search never makes it to the internet since that message comes up almost immediately. I do not use a VPN, and while I have a firewall on my PC, that shoudl not affect the Synology box. As far as I know, nothing in my setup has changed; it just stopped working. This started with version 1.25.5.5492 installed; upgrading to version 1.25.6.5577 did not fix it.
Any suggestions what happened/how to solve it?
