That check is unfortunately only showing an error if the damage is of a certain type.
I highly recommend rebuilding your database using this script: GitHub - ChuckPa/PlexDBRepair: Database repair utility for Plex Media Server databases
A healthy and optimized database is fundamental for this feature, as it needs a swift response from your server. Otherwise it will only show results from servers which are quick to response.
If your server machine has more than one network adapter, consider disabling all but one (use a wired connection preferably).
It does no good if a server is swapping network connections all the time (for instance because it’s a mobile computer which is moved in and out of WiFi range).
