Hi, I have 3 plex servers, 2 on Windows Server 2016, 1 on Windows 11 computer. On the windows 11 computer, when I click on an actor. I only get the movies that the actor are in on that server. I do not get filmography, or any other information. On the other two servers, I get all the information. I’ve compared the setting between servers, and unable to determine the issue. Can anyone help.
Have you compared the config of the related libraries? Libraries need to be configured to use Plex Movie or Plex TV Series. If you haven’t refreshed the library metadata since upgrading the library, some items might still be matched using another agent – refreshing their metadata should fix this.
