Plex is not reachable. Please Help

Plex was working fine a week or so ago. I haven’t used it much but recently purchased the lifetime pass when it was on sale and I checked that it was working. Now, I get an error stating plex is not reachable - I’ve tried on 3 different windows computers as well as my android phone - none of which can seem to connect. I’ve tried turning off the firewall on my computer, on my router, removing my router and connecting right to the modem, made sure that ports are opened, changed the ports and then changed them back. What is weird is that I can’t seem to connect to the plex.tv website itself, when I go to login it says something along the lines of can’t connect right now. Finally this morning I signed up for a vpn service and it immediately starts working. Please help me figure this out.
The log file is so long I can’t post it all here and I don’t know which part of the log file to include.

This seems to have resolved. I used a vpn which allowed plex to connect. I came back a few hours later and everything works the way it is supposed too. Bizarre.

This article will help you gather up the logs and post them. Is your Plex Server running through the VPN? Or was it your client going through the VPN? You mention that you cannot connect to plex.tv. If that’s the case, your server probably cannot reach plex.tv either, which means none of the clients will be able to reach your server. You should review your Plex Media Server.log, search for words such as error or plex.tv, perhaps this will point you in the right direction.
