Plex is not reachable even though localhost has internet

Server Version#:Plex Media Server v1.13.5.5332-21ab172de - Microsoft PC x64 - build: windows-i386
Player Version#: Plex web player

This is so bizarre. My plex server was working fine before, now when I try to login to the web UI on the host device itself I receive the error message: https://i.imgur.com/UHRG1ds.png

Plex is not reachable. Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access.

The error message happens after I enter my PIN.

  • Plex Media Server v1.13.5.5332-21ab172de - Microsoft PC x64 - build: windows-i386
  • My girlfriends phone, on the same wireless network as me, works just fine. She uses her own account.
  • Using my brothers account works fine as well.
  • I tried making a new plex account and logging in with that, and I receive the same error.
  • Signing into plex.tv and selecting “Launch” takes me to the plex Web UI but sits at “Looking for server…”.
  • Signing into the webUI of the host using http://127.0.0.1:32400 and https://127.0.0.1:32400 results in the same error. Using either Edge, Chrome, or Mozilla didn’t work either.
  • My android phone does not detect the Plex server on the cellular 4G, or on my own wireless network.
  • Restarting the Plex application had no effect
  • Rebooting the host machine that runs Plex had no effect.

Here is a link to my Plex Media Server.log: https://pastebin.com/raw/tmKnu82H taken right after I sign in.

I don’t know what to do. I have 0 ideas why my girlfriends account is working fine, but I can’t sign in on any device using any account. First time anything like this has happened before.
