If the album artist and the track artist are identical, then clients do usually omit them track artist from showing on album pages.
When was this checked? After the album has been scanned into Plex or before?

Are there other albums by that particular artist?
If this is the only album, perform the Plex Dance “light” with this album.
(“light” meaning you can omit step 4)
