Hello- we are trying to watch plex on our tv. We paid for the year but it is only showing us what the free version is. My friend logged in to our tv to see and under him we see all of the stuff that plex offers but when we log out and log in as ourselves it goes back to the free version screens.

Kinda suspect, that either you doesn’t have a server with your own contents, or nobody shared with you?
Sorry- I don’t know what you mean.
I logged in with our email and password and the options are exactly the same as if we had the free version
Plex only get you the free contents!
Regardless of you been a Plex Pass member or not
For all other contents, you either need to provide it you self, or have somebody share it with you
