Sorry, I just now saw the option for Advanced Filter. Here is what you are looking for. I don’t know how to drill in further to see if it will display specific episodes that are duplicated or not. I tried clicking on the show but it just brought me to the main show page
Change the second drop down to “Episodes”
then in the first drop down you will see a “Duplicates” filter
if there are results returned do a “get info” from the menu on lower right of the poster for one of the episodes returned and it will have 2 or more file paths to different files it thinks are just multiple copies of same episode
Like here where I have two different episodes that I mistakenly have both named as episode 20 of the Specials season 00 which is sees as duplicates
Things that have duplicates will have the “play version” option
Hi @BigWheel this is what I said and showed you in my previous screenshots. Episode 66 is directing to 4 different episodes when I click on Get info for it. Get Info for Episode 66.
Regardless, I completed what you asked and here are the results.
@BigWheel it’s been 26 days since my last update/response to your inquiry and I still haven’t heard anything back. What is the status with the Dev team? Surely they’ve had a chance to look into it by now.
@BigWheel any update on this? I’m still awaiting on a response from you. Please provide an update on this.
Sorry I thought I answered that already adn did not see the notification of your replies. The metadata team said it had nothing to do the exclamation points which you saw when you removed the exclamation points. It just does not know hat 0843 sinc a 4 digit that is not ,a as far as PMS is concerned, a standard format for episode numbering, and is using the 66 as the episode number. If the 66 was not there it might use that but you likely need to use match hinting or use the plex standard notation of S01E843
