Plex is slow on the ps4

I think it’s the high CPU usage of plex new transcoder exe. I disabled the bif files and I’m not syncing anything. nor am I using the conversation Que or the optimized setting. I’m a noob so please help

I agree. I am also having this problem, and it started recently, worked fine for the longest time.
