Hi! I recently noticed that Plex no longer loads any thumbnails for photos, videos and albums under my ‘Photos’ library as it has earlier. It still works perfectly fine for Movies and TV Shows, ‘Photos’ libraries appear to be the only thing which it doesn’t manage to load the thumbnails for.
I’ve tried the following without success:
-Rescan of the library.
-Refresh of the metadata.
-Tested if it was disk related by copying the library to another disk and adding it to Plex.
I was going to include a scanner log, but I was afraid of including meaningless information. I tried to read through the Plex forum guide on how to provide the correct information, but I got a bit overwhelmed with the amount of information.
I can upload my logs if that’s required, I just need to know which log to upload and if there’s any action I should do in Plex before I download it. From what I could see from my “scanner log” it appears as though it’s successfully generating the thumbnails as I found the thumbnail files from the log, it’s just failing to display them.
