Plex is streaming only 400P (WIFI)

Any idea why its max is 400 ?

You might get more attention to this if you add a little more information to your post.

Things like stats on your server and the client you are using would help. Also information on the type of video file you are using.

Just saying …

Server Version 1.9.4.4325
Client Web Version 3.26.2

Something else that can help ?

Well its a start I guess. To be more specific …

For Server info I meant more about the processor, ram, ect.

For the Client what are using (Roku, Web, Xbox, ect).

For the Video you could post the XML of the file so that we could see the information on the video you are trying to play.

The server is I7 8G RAM SSD HDD
the client is web (chrome)

Where can i get the XML ?

On the client go to the screen for the movie/tv show you are wanting to watch. Click on the “…” in the top right window. Click on “get info”. On the Media info you will see information on the file. Post the first line or at the bottom you can click on the XML info and you can post a copy of that.

Example:
Media

Video Resolution 1080p
Duration 1:40:06
Bitrate 2733 kbps
Width 1920
Height 1080
Aspect Ratio 1.78
Container MP4
Video Frame Rate 24p
Web Optimized Yes

Hover over the item you’re trying to play.

Click Get Info.

It will give you a pop-up.

In the lower left corner is View XML. Click it.

A new tab will open containing the XML.

Copy / Paste it in your reply.

Highlight the XML and use ‘Code’ Paragraph formatting (above ^^) to protect it from the forum
