PLEX is USB Mouse-Shy

I have just installed the player on m remote machine. It seemed to install normally but when it progressed to the Home Theatre set-up the mouse (active on all other screens) just disappears. I am not even sure that the keyboard works. So I can’t answer any question save to say I am running an HP Pro workstation and the mouse is an HP USB mouse plugged directly into the HP. Anyone any ideas? Running Win10

The ‘TV mode’ of PMP is not operable by mouse. It uses keyboard keys (or remore control buttons) exclusively.
Use the cursor buttons, Esc and Enter to navigate it.
