Plex isn’t showing my Synology server


I was able to see my server on the plex web app but suddenly disappeared now. I followed the support article but nothing is working.. When Iogging on my phone the server name is shown but once logged in can see my computer only.

According to Plex.tv,

LAST SEEN 9 DAYS AGO

Is PMS running and able to connect to the internet?

If you’re uncertain ,

  1. Stop PMS
  2. Using FileStation, navigate PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server
  3. Right-click LogsCompress to Logs.zip
  4. Download the zip file
  5. Attach here

Control Panel - Regional Settings

  1. Set time zone
  2. Recommend sync with NTP

Restart the NAS after Applying
