Plex issues with new session

Server Version#: Version 1.43.3.10828
Player Version#: All?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to diagnose an issue with my Plex server.

Essentially any client that has already signed in continues to work normally, both locally and remotely. However, any new session (for example an incognito/private browser, or a newly installed Plex app) shows either an empty home screen, no available servers, or sometimes a spinning circle as if attempting to log in.

As the server owner when I attempt to do this via a new session I can recreate the issue and can’t access or manage my server.

If I temporarily enable unauthenticated access for local IPs, clients with new sessions can connect and watch content, so the server itself appears to be running and not the issue.

I’m mainly trying to determine whether anyone else is experiencing this behaviour? I’m thinking it has something to do with the Plex API issues as Im seeing 500 errors on the clients.plex.tv endpoint but I cant seem to see any update about if it’s still ongoing?

I have reset your server certificate. Please stop and restart your Plex server now.

Thanks, but that has not resolved the issue unfortunately.
Edit: If it helps the error I am seeing is a 500 error on clients.plex.tv/api/v2/resources

I’m getting something similar. Can access my server from my nvidia shield but either cant login through web browser on laptop or if I can login my libraries are not there
