Plex seemingly randomly will error out of transcoding and fail playback. Errors indicate no such file or directory. Many times will play entire files with no issue. Sometimes fails once, sometimes will fail three or four times in a single 30 minute episode. Here are some relevant error logs:

Seems maybe it’s sometimes losing access to the volume intermittently? I’m not really sure.
Running in docker on fedora host.
Here’s my compose entry:
plex:
image: linuxserver/plex
container_name: plex
environment:
- PUID=1000
- PGID=1001
- TZ=America/Chicago
- VERSION=docker
volumes:
- ./plex/config:/config
- /mnt/mhd:/mnt/mhd
- /dev/shm:/plexout
ports:
- 32400:32400
restart: unless-stopped
Transcode directory is set to /plexout ( which is /dev/shm of host )
Attaching what I assume is the full debug session log in case that’s of any use.
