Plex keeps crashing out

Hi all,
I wasn’t sure where to post this. However I have found Plex to be getting almost unusable now it crashes so much.
Doesn’t matter where I play the movie - on my Mac, on the Apple TV or streaming to a phone, nothing works reliably.
I googled how to add logs, so I hope I have done the right thing.
Any advice would be appreciated.
