Plex keeps losing server

Every time I go to add films to Plex on my WD MyCloud, I often run into the issue of Plex not being able to find my server, but nothing has changed, and I for the life of me can’t get Plex to find it, so i’m having to remove everything and redo it all, which takes a LOT of time to go through movies, tv shows, photos and home movies… why does it keep doing this? it’s really getting on my nerves, i’m having to do it now at 11:45pm as I was hoping to get into bed and watch a film I just got, but nope, 11:45pm and i’m having to sort Plex out yet again.

Can someone PLEASE help with this, I don’t know what’s going on, once again i’ve spent hours having to load everything and now the next day i’ve gone onto Plex and it’s saying it can’t find the server! why does it keep losing it every time I exit? the MyCloud Home stays on 24/7, nothing gets changed, so I don’t understand.
