I´ve tried the Plex Plugin kickstart thing…
And considering that I am a total newbie on this I am not getting this thing to work…
Here´s what I´ve done:
Followed the instructions in the Kick-start manual and added a Youtube-user. Installed the plugin in my Plex Windows Media Server. But when I am trying to use it thru my LG TV it doesnt work…
Is there anything that I can do to make this work?
Since I´ve done the 1-2-3-guide, and still it doesn´t work… What can I do?

Can you be more specific about what’s not working? Does the plugin show up for you to select on the TV? If so, what part(s) don’t work? Navigation, video, etc.
The plug in shows up, and the navigation works smooth, but when playing back the video it doesn´t work... Error message shows up...
any thoughts? Not much to work with, I know... but...
Are you able to watch video from the YouTube plugin?
hmm, don´t know.. haven´t tried... I could try that...
I can use Break.com ofr instance.... But I´ll check
yepp… the Youtube plugin works…
so… where does this leave us?!

I have the same problem. I tried making a plugin using the kickstart. I made mine with a youtube user’s name. All of the videos under that user show up fine, but when I try to play them I get " error, could not determine input format"

Hi, Sorry this is a know issue with the kickstarter and a fix has been put in place but never pushed to the site, it must have fell off the radar. I will make sure this gets fixed asap. Sorry for the inconvenience, my sincere apologies.

a fix should have been pushed but I have not had a chance to try it out from the server (although I wrote it a long time ago and tested it locally on my machine )

Now it works… Decent…
I can get it going, but after a while, after the second or third time I start it, it just doesn´t start anymore.
It´s just buffering and nothing is happening.
Is there any reason for this?
I have an LG-TV, Plex Windows Media Server on a PC with Quad-proccessor. 100M/bit internet and cabled between computer and tv…
So… any thoughts?
