PLEX KODI-ADDON - Client Identifier bad/starts with 0x?

I reinstalled my Amlogic box with a fresh version of LibreElec (Kodi 17.4) and installed the Plex Add-on as usual from the repository. Everything works as expected, however I rely on being able to identify that player using the token and ClientID.

Normally the ClientID is a one part alphanumeric string, sometimes with hyphens, etc.

But for some reason the ClientID of this box now starts with 0x and that breaks the connection for me. IT’s also the only ClientID that is like this - so something is off on the Plex side of things as the LE version is the same and so the is plex plug in.

Also I see a difference on how the Plug in is now reported:
Old/previous (w/ good ClientID): product=“Plex for Kodi”
New (w/ bad ClientID): product=“PlexNet”

I have also just tried using the Plex Addon on Kodi for Windows and it has the same issue (client ID starts with 0x and product is PlexNet), so this is certainly a change on the Plex/web end for authentication or related.

Any ideas?

So no one at all is willing to have a look into this? Even though it’s fairly clear that it was a change on the PLEX end of things?
