Plex Launch no longer finding my computer/NAS

Server Version#:Latest
Player Version#:Latest

I have tried multiple time to use the plex online launch option and still can not get connected to
my computer. It was working fine before. I tried logging out of the system and logging back in but
no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Is your server still linked to your account? I’ve seen users who selected the option to sign-out all devices when changing their password – this will also sign-out your server.

See:
Settings > [Server Name] > General

As you cannot access your server using the hosted version of Plex Web… try using its local IP address instead – if you’re on the same machine, use http://127.0.0.1:32400/web otherwise use http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web

Your server has last been “seen” by plex.tv ~3 days ago.

So you have either

  • uninstalled it from your computer
  • it is simply not running at the moment
  • you have deleted the configuration of it from the Windows registry

Thanks for all the responses. I ended up rebooting NAS and computer and everything started working again.

Thank you, again.

I have the very same issue. It suddenly unreachable from outside. In the settings Remote Access section has the green checkbox however

NAS reboot is not helping

Could you please check the status of my server on your end?

@OttoKerner why I am being ignored?

@tom80H maybe you can help me out with the same issue?
