My plex server is completely unreachable on my plex server computer. I can get to the internet on this system. But actually I cannot even log into my Plex.tv account on it.
On a second system I can log into tthe plex.tv website on a second pc, and I can log into my plex server from it as well…but my library is completely offline.
what could be going on?
How exactly are you trying to access your server?
Does it make a difference if you use the hosted web app or the one bundled with your server (e.g. using http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine or http://[local PMS IP address]:32400/web otherwise)?
What do you mean by “I can log into my plex server from it [a second pc] as well…”?
Did you by chance change your account password and opt to sign-out all devices? This will also sign-out / unclaim your server – in that case you won’t be able to access it from other clients unless you reclaim it (or establish a local direct connection).
