Just curious what it takes to get the attention of someone from Plex to look at a bug that started back in May of this year and has prevented use of a streaming device. It seems Onn Sounbars can no longer access media libraries, but still open Plex and work with the streaming media that Plex themselves provide. Multiple people with the same soundbar confirm the issue. Unfortunately with no way to contact Plex directly about technical issues you have to resort to trying to get their attention here if you’re lucky enough to get enough replies and views.
