Encountered a strange scenario recently. When I try to update my Music Library, an error message saying “can’t update as no internet connection”. But my internet connection is ok and I can update all movie libraries (and both my movie and music libraries are stored at the same cloud location). Any help is really appreciated. Thank you.

The problem is solved by itself. I’m able to update the library now. However, I have no idea how it starts to work again as I didn’t do any adjustment. Thank you.
Restarting the server should fix it, but obviously we’d prefer to not have this be the only solution.
I restarted the server several times before this and even updated the Windows but the issue persisted. Today, just out of the blue, I clicked update music library and it’s updated. So strange but glad nevertheless since the problem is solved. Thank you for you effort nevertheless.
