Nvidia shield (2020) All libraries are Empty

Having a weird issue here, my Nvidia Shield Pro (2020) is showing every library as empty. My other Nvidia shield Pro (2017) works just fine and I can see everything in my libraries, same with my Roku, phone and everything else I use. It is only this one device that is having this issue.

It has an network/internet connection via an ethernet cable and can access any other app just fine, Jellyfin for example works just fine as well. And in plex I can play any movie that is in a playlist just fine. I can also search for a movie in a library and it will show it, but give an error about not being able to connect to the server if I try to play it that way. Live TV works and if it’s on the home screen I can play it as well.

I have tried signing out and back into the Plex app, I have tried deleting the cache as well as the app but the same issue persists.

The server is on the same network and always kept up date.

Any help or ideas with this issue would be much appreciated! Thanks

It seems you already covered the basic troubleshooting for such a case (sign-out from the app, do a hard restart of the app, reset app caches). If it’s still not showing… can you take a look / share your Plex client logs?

I just managed to fix this after a week of this driving me insane haha. I did a scan of all my library files and then I fiddled around with the library “manage recommendations” drop down menu on the server. Not sure which one fixed it but it’s working now for what ever reason.
