During Tuner wizard setup it seems that you can only configure the OTA channels related to your country postal/zip code. For example, I live in Montreal Canada but I am able to receive OTA stations from Burlington Vermont USA but I can’t configure them to receive the guide info.
My question: Will the next version release of Plex fix this issue to allow us to configure the guide on all the free OTA channels we receive with our tuners?
Other users, all that I remember have Canadians in your same type situation, have found that using a postal code between yours and the other market have allowed channels from both markets. Might not be best solution but it has worked for others.
For Montréal area, use this postal code : J0J 1L0

However we should not have to put a fictitious zip/postal.
Just fill the form for epg error. That’s need to be fixed from Gracenote. I had the same problem with the channel master dvr+. It uses tivo (formally Rovi) guide. However, they have fixed it. So hopefully, Gracenote will do the same eventually.
