Plex live tv tuner not recognised

Hi. Australian user and for the last couple of updates, my hauppauge dual tuner (supported tuner, which has worked previously and continues to work in its own program outside of Plex) is no longer recognised. I have seen the EPG mess, but surely that doesn’t mean it drops the rubber completely too?

Plex server running in windows 10, USB hauppauge dual tuner. Please help/fix!

Try rolling back to a 1.15 install and deleting any DVR it shows. Install 1.16 and then create a new DVR.
