Configuring Hauppauge dualHD

Hi all,
I bought a Hauppauge dualHD tuner to work with my Plex server but can’t get it running.
It’s plugged into the computer that Plex server is running from.
Server version: 1.5.7.4016
In device manager, its showing up as installed correctly.
If I click on Settings then DVR in plex server then click on the orange DVR SETUP button, it doesn’t find it.
I know the tuner isn’t faulty as I tried installing Windows Media Center and it picks it up and lets me watch TV from there.

Any ideas? Any idiots guides I can follow?

Update your server to 1.7.3. Go to the downloads page, change the settings to look for Plex Pass updates instead of the public releases, and you’ll be able to download it and install it manually.

Thanks for that, it fixed the problem. I didn’t know there was a newer version, I was clicking on check for updates and it was saying it was up to date.

Is the client software in the same boat? The TV stuff shows up on my phone (ios) but if I log in via plex on a Raspberry pi, it doesn’t show up.
Same with the windows 10 app, its version 3.2.20-25990c77 and it doesn’t show any TV stuff.
