Plex LiveTV randomly loses All Channels

I’m on Win10, latest version of Plex. This has been happening for a few weeks. I have an IPTV M3U that I feed to Plex from XTEVE. All of the IPTV channels will randomly drop from Plex. This happens anytime from an hour after I add them to about a day after I add them. I then have to delete the DVR and add it again, major PITA. Is this happening to anyone else, and what should I do to troubleshoot this issue?
