Plex loads but cannot access remote server

I have a 2014 UN55HU8700 TV. The PLEX app loads and I am trying to access a remote server. It gives me a message ‘The server currently not available’. The PLEX app is ORCA 2.012 PMS version 0.9.8.0. Is there an updated version available?

On top of the above, this server version is way past its shelf life. Minimum supported server software version for remote access is 1.50
