<I am trying to give remote access of my plex server to my sister. So far it’s working if she uses her phone, tablet or laptop. I installed the plex app on her Samsung TV but when trying to access plex from the TV we are getting the message “Servername is currently unaviable”>
Is that by any chance an older Samsung model with a Tizen version older than version 2.4 or a Smart Hub model?
