Hey there, looking for some insight on a issue i have been having for a while (on prev servers versions as well). Hopefully im able to explain this properly and without confusion. I have an issue when when scanning my library, plex will lock up and then become unreachable remotely or locally. Im also unable to stop or restart plex and the only way to get it back online is to reboot the system completely. I started noticing my server would also be offline and locked up in the mornings, after the scheduled tasks were scanning the library. I have monitored the alerts page to see if it was a certain file it would happen at but it seems to be random which file itll lock up at. I deleted my database file and cleaned my bundles, I started fresh with a new database and found the same issue to occur. This occurs everytime when scanning the libraries and doesnt matter if i do them manually or through the scheduled task. Any ideas were be greatly appreciated!
