Good afternoon,
I’m running into a consistent problem where Plex Media Scanner consistently crashes with the following error:

Once the application crashes, there are no other entries in any log on the system and the entire system locks up and has to be hard shutdown and then turned back on.
I have re-installed drivers, and ended up wiping the entire system, installing a fresh version of Windows and re-installing Plex, and am still having this issue. Does anyone have any other suggestions of what else to try?
