Can not log on to plexamp with google browser

running Android on mobile Galaxy S8, win 10 on server, plex pass- - I downloaded plexamp , on Android and when i try to log in with Google chrome browser its “shaded” not giving me the option to log in. The other options are available- apple, facebook etc. I can not log in with email to plex using Googles sign in.

That actually happened as well on the pc after I deleted all browsing activity from Google chrome. I had to re-install plex server to get it to go away and get that option back again. Anyone know why this happens and what to do on the phone. Everything is synched on Google Chrome.

You don’t have any other authentication methods on your Plex account, apart from Google. So you can only use this, unless you add the other methods: https://support.plex.tv/articles/use-federated-authentication-to-sign-in/
(If that is what you want)

In order to use the web browser to sign-in plexamp to your plex.tv account, the web browser itself needs to be already signed in to plex.tv.
This is not the case after you delete all browsing data and cookies.

So, open https://plex.tv with chrome and sign in. Then you can try again.
