Hello, I am experiencing an issue with playing some of my TV files on my Plex server 1.31.3 My server specs are an i9 10850k and Nvidia GTX 1080Ti. Approximately 25% of my MKV and Dolby Vision files do not play and get stuck in a loading loop when I click play. However, when I force reencode them to 720p or 1080p, they work. After switching back to the original quality, the files play fine,

Interestingly, when this happens, the activity on the server shows that the file is playing. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Thank you.
