Are you experiencing a problem, or are you asking what those log entries mean?

Plex does a significant amount of internal Plex-to-Plex communication over local/loopback connections. The most interesting part of that log is the X-Forwarded-For entry.

I have a problem.
scan library loopback always.

What is the problem? Is something in Plex not functional for you?

It appears that the scan is making progress.

The requests and responses on 127.0.0.1 appear normal to me.
