Application opens successfully and even finds and plays several recently added movies. Each (5 minutes or less) mpg4 home video clips which are visible in the selection window showing recent additions. The system when asked to play the next clip will grind for an extended period, then report that the server is unavailable. It will reflect that with a note at the top of the screen saying unavailable. A check as to the health of the Mac server shows Plex is running correctly and no problem is apparent. Attempting a back out and re-initiating another attempt will once again produce the excuse that the server is unavailable. Giving up on it for a day or two will produce a successful connection but it will fail just like above after several clips being played. What’s up?
