PLEX lost connection to MyCloud

Purchased a new MAC and am I’m the process of setting up PLEX again.

Installed PLEX for Mac and PLEX Media Server, Connected My Cloud Home with all media on it, and enabled via the Loading..., however when I click configure I just get a blank page, and on app.plex.tv/authorised devices the Cloud Home doesn’t show.

Any ideas?
