My Cloud Home setup hasn't worked for months... Help Please

Server Version#: 1.29.1.6316
Player Version#: Don’t know where to find this, I use Apple TV most of the time, apps are up to date if that’s the question.

Haven’t been able to access my server/library on Apple TV or Macbook for months. Sometimes I’m lucky if I insist long enough, but it doesn’t last more than a few minutes. I had many issues for the past year and had to re-setup entirely a new server multiple times, re-syncing all my content, losing all preferences every single time. I posted about my issues on this platform many times, 0 responses on my last few posts from Plex, it’s extremely frustrating that a paid product has no customer support whatsoever.

Trying one last time, can anybody from Plex help, please?
