I installed PLEX on new PC. Signed-in. Finally got my movie library to appear (on my PC/browser). However, when I open Plex (after restarting AppleTV), I do not see my movie library. What could cause this? And how to fix this?
I’m not sure what happened. This was cake the first time I set it up on my computer. This time, utter failure.
What did you install? Plex Media Server or a client? You signed in, then what? If it was Plex Media Serve, did you configure it? If it was the client, do you already have Plex Media Server running somewhere else?
Gonna need details. What version of the app? A screenshot of what you see would help. Logs from the Apple TV app, Apple TV Logs | Plex Support.
Hi. Wondering if you can assist on my issue. New PC built and continually lose connections to it. Sometimes even on the computer it is running on. I have removed and started from scratch and nothing. Works alright on my old server (Windows 10 Home) with No Problems. My new one is Windows 10 Pro

I got it working. It’s partly my fault (user error) and part Plex for having a UI that needs some polish.
