In the last few weeks Plex mark random unwatched episodes as watched and I don’t understand why. For example I see this (attached image) for Night Agent play history.
In this list the first 2 are episodes from Severance, after that 2 House of card episodes and last one is from Marvel What if…
I don’t understand why it does that.
What are changed on my server in the last few weeks:
- sonarr and radarr installed, which use a subfolder in the same folder which used by Plex as source for TV shows, movies
- ip camera put videos to a subfolder in the same folder which used by Plex as source for TV shows, movies
both of them are in my .plexignore file:
*radarr/*
*sonarr/*
reolink/*
But sometimes I see unmatched ip camera videos in the TV shows library which disappear after a new scan.
I don’t know whether these things are related or not. I don’t care if I sometimes see ip camera videos but I do care about the watch marking.
Can you help me which log should I check? I couldn’t find in logs why they marked as watched.
UPDATE: I changed the last line to *reolink/* hopefully this will help on the ip camera videos but not the marking.
