Plex media content in 2 (or more) languages

Question:
Plex is running on my NAS (Qnap)
The plex server language is english, also the descriptions for the movies/series are in english.
But can one user (or two) have this content in a different language?
The audio / subtitels I know, this I can setup in the client, but what about the dashboard with the libraries? Can this also be shown in e.g. the language of the client system?

Libraries currently only support one set of metadata. While you can set different languages for different records (e.g. overriding the library language or set an item to use its original language metadata), all users/apps will see what the server admin has set up.

There’s a feature suggestion to support multiple languages and display the metadata based on user’s preferences.

Update: this is working well. User A can see movies/TV shows in english, User B the same in german
