Plex media player for windows - Subtitles gibrish problem

Hey there,
so I have been searching for the ultimate plex player(PMP,web app, openPHT) for windows and in the pmp i have a problem:
I have an external SRT in hebrew that is shown as gibrish in the PMS application. I know that by turning the SRT file to UTF8 this will be solved but is there any option to make it work with out changing every each and one of my SRT files to UTF?

I will point out that this problem occurs **only ** on the “plex media player for windows” application. The subtitles work fine on the web app or openPHT.

If you want a “proper” solution (i.e. the problem is solved on all Plex clients and platforms), then convert your subtitles to UTF-8.

If these are external .srt files, it is even relatively easy/fast to achieve.
Download the free Subtitle Edit and use its batch converter to convert all .srt files at once to UTF-8.

Looks like this plugin can save the day, thanks!

I got another strange problem maybe someone can help me with:
For some reasone, when I turn on plex my skype calls get bad. People are complaining that they cant hear me as good as the did before. Could it be a port problem? or bandwith? (this happens even if I do not stream to any machiene. It happens even if my server is just up and running).

Sorry, I have no idea for this one. It is definitely weird!
