As a workaround, try pressing <option> after right-clicking on the app in the applications folder with Finder. This should give you the option to “open anyway” and only needs to be done once.
Same problem here. I had initially installed Plex server on an older OS and then upgraded to Big Sur. No issue. I decided to rebuild my Mac mini and went straight to Big Sur and now I get these errors. Plex seems to be running ok though I think…
