Latest version of Plex Media player. Why can’t you get the Movies & TV tab. Why do you need to use a browser to get this tab. This is stupid. I hate having to switch between two players to get the content I want. Browser switch just confuses my wife and so I don’t use it. Besides, I have had issues with the browser based Plex crashing when left open for a long period of time. I don’t have this issue with the Media Player.
Support for the video on demand service (Movies & TV tab) has yet to be added to the desktop clients. You can find a list of devices supported so far in the related support article:

We’ll continue working to bring support to our other apps, too.
Well, I don’t own any of those devices and don’t plan on buying them. So, please don’t discontinue support for the PMP and add the Video on Demand. Some of us like our HTPC/Plex server.
