Tried going on Movies & Tv section, not streaming, only choice is retry and go to this forum.
What can I do to make this work?

If you’re trying to access the “Movies & TV” section on Plex (Plex’ ad supported video on demand service) – from what I remember, this is not yet supported on all clients:
- Plex Web supports this from version 4.14 onwards
- Plex for Mac desktop app does not yet support it
- Plex Media Player (old / alternative desktop app does not yet support it
- Plex for LG WebOS supports this from version 4.15 onwards (also requires webOS 4.0 or newer)

If the section shows but won’t play any videos, this could be related to some content/ad blockers… occasionally Chrome users have disabled the browser’s built-in digital rights management – having this enabled is a prerequisite to watch the ad-supported content.
