Plex Media Player on Mac connection issue

Player Version#: Latest(hasn’t been updated for a long time)

I’ve been running PMP on a Mac Mini for years with no issues, however my Synology server died so I had to re-set up Plex Server on a different device. The problem I have now is that my Mac Mini won’t connect to the server. I’ve tried everything, even adding manual server settings but noting. When I try to link the player to the new server I get a screen for the 4 digit code, but no code is displayed.

Any ideas?
