Hello, I am failing to connect to stream my local media on my Plex Media server installed on my Synology NAS to my Mac Plex client. Strangely, when I add the manual server connection, it seems to accept it meaning the connection is made. I can confirm that from the Server web client. It shows the Plex for iOS app under Authorized devices. However, for some reason, the Plex Mac client shows the Plex server as “Offline” which doesn’t make sense at all. I am tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps, but none works. Meanwhile, I can connect to the Plex Server from Android, iPad, Roku apps! What could be the issue really with the Mac client?
